Dustin has built his career around specialty outdoor retail, developing strong dealer relationships and helping brands grow throughout the Southern Rockies. An avid fly angler and bird hunter, he brings firsthand experience to the products and pursuits he represents. When he's not working with dealers, you'll likely find him chasing diverse species with a fly rod, hunting waterfowl, or pursuing upland birds with his bird dogs.

Doug brings a deep connection to the outdoor community and a firsthand understanding of the customers our brands serve. Based in Conifer, Colorado, he's an avid hunter and fly angler with extensive experience pursuing big game on Colorado's public lands. That time in the field translates directly to his approach with dealers: practical product knowledge, authentic relationships, and a commitment to helping retailers succeed.
